Founder Joseph Milani has over 44 years Food Canning Technology experience and has consulted to New Zealand, South Africa, Chile, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore, assisting worldwide companies and providing technical support for heat sterilised foods in steel or flexible packing.
