Established in 1991, by Joseph and Angela Milani, Southern Canning quickly became one of the world leaders in the processing of Australian seafood specialising in heat canning and flexible pouches.

Joseph has 40 years food canning technology experience and has consulted worldwide to New Zealand, South Africa, Chile, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore, assisting companies by providing technical support for heat sterilised foods in steel or flexible packing.
